You and your ex broke up and you can't believe that this happened to you. You thought that you did everything right and now you find that you made at least one huge mistake. You need to know a few things to have a better chance of getting your ex back in your life.

1/ What went wrong?

You should decide what went wrong in the relationship. This way you will have a better relationship the second time around. You want to make sure that you know what you did wrong so that you don't do it again.

Figure out if the thing that went wrong is able to be fixed. If you helped to cause the break up, you should decide if what you did is something that is able to be fixed in the relationship.

3/ Figure out why you think you should get back together.

Have a good reason to get back together, not just because you want to. That's not a good enough reason.

Keep up with your Ex. This will help you to know what is going on in their life and it will help you to know what your ex is really into.

5/ Look good

There are a few people that think not looking good will help them to get their old girlfriend or boyfriend back, but this is not true at all. You really want to look good when you are around them and when you are on your own.

Tip 6) Don't Talk About Your Ex

Don't tell them that they look bad or other things that may be considered not nice. This will only make things worse and you will not be able to take it back later.

Don't talk to your friends. This is something that a lot of people want to do, but you really shouldn't do it because they could go back to your ex and say something that's not all that nice.

Tip 8) Don't Be A Pest

Don't pester them. If you decide that you want to know everything about your ex, they will think that you are stalking them and you won't be able to get back with them in the end.

Tip 9) Be Honest With Yourself

Let your ex know what you want with them. If you are working to get back together, then let them know that it's what you are looking for and be honest with yourself about the relationship.

10/ Listen to their decision

If they tell you no, then that should be the end of it. If you want to be friends, that's great, but don't expect that to be what leads you back to dating again.
